Hypnotherapy for phobias is a structured, step-by-step process designed to help you regain control.
✔ Four sessions are usually enough for single phobias (such as spiders, heights, or flying).
✔ More complex phobias or higher anxiety levels may require additional sessions.
✔ Sessions last 45-55 minutes and are available in-person in St Austell or online via video call.
